The general goal of the BNS concerns the promotion of the common interests of the residents of northern Scheveningen, which can be operationalized in sub-goals such as' informing residents about all possible matters that are important for the neighborhood via, among other things, neighborhood magazine, digital wall newspaper and Scheveningse Courant 'or' organizing and supervising participation for local residents in response to proposed measures by the municipality that directly or indirectly affect the interests of residents'. For a complete overview of these objectives, please refer to Appendix…. In accordance with the vision of the BNS, its activities explicitly focus on all residents of Northern Scheveningen; with this, the BNS allows the general interest to prevail over that of the individual.

Tuesday: coffee/tea and preparing a sandwich lunch once a month. Thursday: assistance with preparing a hot 4-course lunch for 25 single elderly people.
