Everyone wants to go out occasionally or go on a carefree holiday. Zonnebloem volunteers visit people, organize day trips and holidays. In this way, we ensure that people with a physical disability continue to participate in society and do not end up in social isolation. What we do:
- home visits, depending on supply and demand, once every two or three weeks;
- group day activities, such as a boat trip, theatre performance, day at the zoo, afternoon of shopping, lunch, bingo afternoon;
- one-on-one activities; we are increasingly trying to accommodate the individual wishes of our guests;
- adapted holiday weeks.
