Home Sweet Home is a foundation that focuses on underprivileged children in Uganda. Home Sweet Home sees it as its mission to help children with a physical disability or developmental disability. By providing the most essential necessities of life, providing tailor-made education and educating within the community, Home Sweet Home strives to offer children a future perspective and support the local population.

In order to achieve its objectives, Home Sweet Home manages:

- Physiotherapy
- Care farm
- Malnutrition Project
