About Huis van Gedichten
With creative writing, poetry and spoken word, Huis van Gedichten gives children and young people the tools to express themselves – inside and outside of school. We are active in preschool, primary and secondary (special) education and MBO, and organize talent programs such as Poetry Circle 070 and the Young City Poet. As part of the Multi-Year Policy Plan for Arts and Culture 2025-2028, we focus on cultural education, talent development, extracurricular expansion and diversity & inclusion. We do all this from our new, vibrant location in GR8, with a poetry shop and workshop space.
