About Humanitas DMH - Het Zamen

Het Zamen is located in a large building full of regular elderly care from the Eykenburg foundation. On two floors, Humanitas DMH provides care to 24 clients aged 45 - 85 years. They have a mild to moderate intellectual disability in combination with psychological problems. There are also clients who live completely independently in an apartment. They manage themselves very well, but if necessary, they can always reach us. The support, guidance and care is different for every client. Given the age of our clients, there are increasing health problems. But make no mistake, the clients are still active. One goes out during the day to day care or the sheltered workshop and the other goes to work in Het Zamen. And at the end of the day everyone comes together again in the living group.
