Support international workshops and community events, meet people from across Europe and help create meaningful learning experiences.
Join MVidee as a Community & Events Volunteer and help us create inspiring educational and community events that bring people together.
As part of our team, you will support Erasmus+ projects, local workshops, youth exchanges, conferences and community activities in The Hague.
Depending on your interests, you may help with:
welcoming participants and supporting registration;
preparing venues and workshop materials;
assisting facilitators during activities;
taking photos and short videos for project communication;
helping participants feel included and comfortable;
supporting networking moments and community-building activities;
collecting participant feedback and documenting events;
contributing ideas for future activities and improving participant experience.
No previous experience is required. We are looking for people who enjoy meeting others, take initiative and would like to contribute to inclusive international projects.
This opportunity is flexible and can be combined with study or work. Volunteers will gain practical experience in event organisation, international cooperation and non-formal education while working alongside a friendly multicultural team.
