Mens en Tuin is a care garden and urban nursery where a diverse group of people with a care need come to work every day. They are supervised by a professional. This basis is supported by an indispensable group of volunteers. Together we are a team where everyone contributes in their own way to the growth and flourishing of the garden and the team. Working at Mens en Tuin means more than just working in a surprising, green oasis in a built-up area. Where experiencing nature is the basis of working at Mens en Tuin, we together create a place where connection, safety and meaning are central. We learn from each other while working, chat during breaks, follow the seasons and celebrate annual festivals.
