Put your creativity to work for the Queer community in The Hague!
Stichting Queer Mind is committed to the safety, visibility, acceptance, and emancipation of queer people in The Hague. Through our meeting place, activities, and support, we create an environment where people can be themselves and find connection.
To make our work even more visible, we are looking for a creative volunteer who would like to support us for a few hours a week.
What are you going to do?
- Designing flyers, posters, and promotional materials.
- Maintaining and updating our website.
- Creating visuals for social media.
- Maintaining and further developing our corporate identity.
- Contributing ideas on creative communication.
Who are we looking for?
You have a flair for design, enjoy working independently, and have an affinity with our mission. Experience with Canva, Adobe, WordPress, or similar programs is welcome, but not required. Students and beginning designers are also very welcome!
What do we offer?
A meaningful volunteer role within an inclusive organization, room for your creativity, and the opportunity to gain experience and expand your portfolio.
Time commitment: approximately 2–4 hours per week, flexible and possible partly from home.

Homelessness and violence (physical or verbal) are still high among LGBTIQ+ people. We want to discuss and combat this! By peacefully campaigning, entering into dialogues and offering support to LGBTIQ+ people who (threaten to) end up on the street and realizing the shelter "Le Refuge Nederland".
