Facilitate a savings group and help people grow in self-confidence, independence, and financial resilience!
Do you want to make a difference for others?
At Stichting Spaarkracht, we believe in the power of people and what they can achieve together. Through our savings circles, we help people in financially vulnerable situations become more financially and socially resilient.
And you, as a savings circle facilitator, can play an important role in that!
What are you going to do?
As a savings circle facilitator, you bring together a group of 5 to 12 people. For 9 to 12 months, you facilitate the weekly or bi-weekly meetings. You motivate the members, encourage cooperation, and create a safe and trusting atmosphere in which everyone feels heard, seen, and involved.
You encourage members to work on their own savings goals, support each other, and learn from one another. Gradually, the group grows towards increasing independence.
Who are we looking for?
Do you enjoy interacting with different people? Can you put others at ease, build trust, and treat people with respect? Then this role might be a good fit for you!
What counts most is your commitment, enthusiasm, and the ability to sense and motivate people.
We help you on your way!
You start with a two-day introductory training where you discover how savings circles work and get acquainted with our approach. Afterwards, you receive support from an experienced coach in setting up and leading your first savings circle. We also organize inspiration sessions where you meet other facilitators, share experiences, and gain new ideas.
Do you make a difference?
As a savings circle facilitator, you see up close how people grow in self-confidence, financial independence, and mutual connection. At the same time, you meet new people and gain valuable experiences yourself.
