Project Officer

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and administrate the project, its tasks and the team
• Supports the team and key clients to facilitate the development, implementation and execution of the assigned program
• Monitor & analyze & develop program aspects, identify problems and propose solutions,
• Review relevant reports and documents,
• Build strong relations with key partners and end-users,
• Oversee progress of the program, provide guidance when necessary,
• Keep track of budget issues,
• Analyze feedback and progress,
• Report to the board of directors. 

Skills

• Good coordination skills and the ability to work in a team
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English and Spanish. The candidate works directly with our project in Colombia
• Ability to organise tasks simultaneously and prioritize work
