Do you want to be the bridge to external partners and other inspiring initiatives? The Hang-Out 070 is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to strengthen our team.Detailed description
We are starting a new chapter in The Hang-Out 070 and are looking for new core team members/aspiring board members from January 2024 who want to build on it and we are particularly looking for Queer BIPOC of any age from 18 years old.
External Communication:
We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to strengthen our team. In this role you play an essential role as a liaison by maintaining contacts with external parties and striving for flourishing collaborations.
Your responsibilities:
- Be a contact person for external parties such as fund providers (including the Municipality of The Hague)
- Be a contact person for other Queer communities/initiatives that only function outside THO 070
- Participate in network meetings with other parties
- Mapping potential future collaborations with other organizations.

By learning and growing together through a professionalization process with leadership training, public speaking, media training, organization building, conflict resolution, fundraising, vision building and all this in an inspiring environment to facilitate development for empowerment, queer culture, and connectivity!

About The Hang-Out 070
We choose to centre the experiences of queer people of colour (BPOC). This means that everyone in the QUEER, LGBTIAP+ community is welcome in our safe(r) space - it also means our work primarily focuses on Queer BPOC.
