You would help set up and run a stand at a fair to promote volunteer work within the international community. Two shifts are available.
As part of a friendly and dynamic team, you represent Volunteer The Hague at a university student university fair. You display and hand out flyers, answer basic questions and help visitors take a Talent Scan quiz to determine which kind of volunteer work would suit them and are currently available.
This vacancy is perfect for people who
- love to talk to new people in English and other languages
- are practically minded and can help up set up banners and/or display promotional materials
- are great at listening and guiding people through the Talent Scan process and let them spin to win a small give away prize.
You can either sign up for a 09.40 am-12.40 shift or 13.40 - 16.30 one. You can also choose to volunteer all day. We dress casually and wear a Volunteer The Hague polo.
