We are looking for an experienced Communications and Public Relations Manager (Comn. & PR Manager) to maintain a strong network, raise awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communications and media relations programs feed. What are you going to do :

• Devising, developing and executing PR strategies.
• Communicate with colleagues and key spokespersons.
• Developing a marketing communication plan.
• Lead the social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media.
• Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
• Manage media inquiries.
• Create content for press releases.
• Dealing with media and press on behalf of the organization, to always present a positive image.
• Planning and executing grand openings, charity events, press launches.
• Compiling reports and presenting new products to the press as appropriate.
• Research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media.
• Collecting and analyzing media coverage.
• Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports.
• Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photos, films and multimedia programs.
• Maintaining and updating information on the organization's website.
• Finding and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities.

What you will need :

• Proven public relations work experience required.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both local and national levels.
• Experience acting as a spokesperson for a company; comfortable and proficient in interviews with both broadcast and print media.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Experience with the MS Office tool.
• Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Experience in event planning.
• BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or a related discipline.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Other European language is a plus.
• Time to work as much as you want.
