Goal:
Encourage companies that align with our values to sponsor our training courses. Sponsorship in the sense of spending goods, money and/or time. The emphasis is on approved projects (training) that we provide.
Tasks/responsibilities within the position:
- Making the promise
- Recruiting sponsors and negotiating with them
- Pitching our projects on various occasions
- Maintaining and expanding our network of companies
- Linking pin with trainers for possible role of companies in the content of training
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with companies and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate sponsorship agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for both parties, including being comfortable navigating complex discussions and addressing concerns to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strategic mindset to identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities that align with organizational goals, with a proactive mindset in seeking out and capitalizing on new sponsorship opportunities.
- Ability to tailor proposals to meet the specific needs and interests of potential sponsors.

That’s where our main activities – the intensive, multi-day training courses that we organize – come in. Where international youth from all kinds of backgrounds come together. The training setup in combination with their passion and collective drive allows them to fully focus on the topic and on each other. As a result, participants develop themselves and each other in ways they never imagined before.
