19 July 2018 - "Find Your Inner Peace"

Written by Tetyana Benzeroual
"Find Your Inner Peace" with Vassia Sarantopoulou, counselor-psychologist and founder of AntiLoneliness

Ego says, “Once everything falls into place, I'll feel peace.”

Spirit says, “Find your peace, and then everything will fall into place.”

These quotes exemplify one of the most fundamental struggles of human life, and on our journeys, many of us can lose sight of how to keep these two tendencies in balance. Vassia Sarantopoulou of Anti-Loneliness has been thinking about these issues for her entire professional career, and she joined us at our latest workshop to share her insights with a full house of attendees. Vassia went over six important steps to build more inner peace - and we say "build" because it's a process and not a final destination.

What a sheer joy it was to see so many interested and engaged faces at our first workshop on July 19, 2018. Huge thanks to Vassia from AntiLoneliness for doing this incredibly informative and motivational workshop. We cannot wait to hear more of her wisdom when Vassia joins us as the keynote speaker at the Mix & Match networking event on November 14, 2018.
