Function
Stichting 070online.nl is an independent news website for The Hague and the region. We provide daily local news, background articles, culture, events, and video reports. To further expand our reach and strengthen our visibility in the city, we are looking for a
Marketing Specialist on a voluntary basis .
As a marketing specialist, you are responsible for increasing the reach and impact of 070online.nl. You develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our journalistic mission and local target audience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and executing online marketing campaigns
- Optimization of social media channels (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Threads)
- Contributing ideas on content distribution and audience growth
- Analysis of statistics and visitor data
- Advising on positioning and brand strengthening within The Hague
You work closely with the editors and video makers.
We ask
- Demonstrable affinity with digital marketing and social media
- Knowledge of content strategy, online reach, and target audience analysis
- Independence and proactive work attitude
- Availability on a flexible basis
- Interest in local news and media
Experience with SEO, analytics, or online advertising is a plus.
