We need your help to support the team in various administrative activities

Stichting Call To Action Foundation (CTA Foundation) is a Foundation which provides support, encouragement, information and other resources aimed at uplifting and empowering the less fortunate in order to improve their quality of life in Cameroon and The Netherlands. Among others, CTA Foundation will attain its objectives by giving the opportunity to every child to learn through formal and informal education, (co)funding sustainable projects for community development, empowering youth and adults with skills acquisition which leads to employment or entrepreneurship, feeding the homeless, senior citizens and refugees, care giving for old and orphans in rural areas.

 

As Administrative Assistant you will work in close collaboration with the Chairperson of the Foundation and all the team members.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support in various activities

- Collect, review, analyse data and prepare reports, memos, documents, charts, budgets, financial statements, and other presentation materials

- Draft responses to routine requests from various sources

- Draft agendas, plan and/or coordinate meetings and other activities as may be requested, take accurate notes of meetings

- Search for Partners and Sponsors (other NGO and organisations)

- Other NGO analysis

- Maintain effective records of documents, data

- And any other activities as may be required

Skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in the usage of office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.)

- Experience in handling of web-based management systems and social media

- Good inter-personal skills

- Planning & organizing skills

- Timeliness and proactive in the execution of duties

-  Good drafting and reporting skills
