Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design and animate motion graphics for digital and print media.
• Develop creative and engaging promotional short-form videos to enhance the Youverify brand across various social media platforms and the website.
• Edit and optimize graphics and video content specifically for social media platforms.
• Maintain videography equipment and offer guidance for new equipment purchases.
• Take the lead on video projects from conceptualization to delivery, including storyboarding, design, animation, feedback, quality assurance, and production.
• Develop graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for web, social, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and suitability for target audiences.
• Design and layout internal communications and business materials.
• Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing team to refine digital assets such as videos and content downloads.
• Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in motion graphics design and video editing.
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
• Previous experience in professional graphic design roles
• Willingness to adapt to the needs of the organization and the flexibility to work within a dynamic team environment.
