Are you interested in sewing or want to learn this skill? Join the Sewing Team of Team Winterklaar and help make homes in Laak more energy-efficient and comfortable! With Team Winterklaar from the Vadercentrum, we help vulnerable residents in the neighborhood with insulating curtains. These curtains help them save energy and keep their homes warmer. You can play an important role by helping to sew the curtains!
What will you do?
- Sew curtains for the residents of Laak. You'll learn to work with different fabrics and ensure the curtains provide good insulation against cold and heat loss.
- Be part of a fun and engaged team of volunteers in the Vadercentrum’s sewing workshop.

About TWIK Vadercentrum
Team Winterklaar is a project of the Vadercentrum in collaboration with Energiegelijk Laak, aimed at helping vulnerable households in Laak with energy-saving measures such as insulating curtains, window film and advice from energy coaches. The project promotes inclusive sustainability and social participation by actively involving volunteers in production, information and implementation.
