Impact and Quality Coordinator

What are you going to do?

Surf therapy is an innovative intervention in the Netherlands, making our impact visible is crucial for Surf&Durf. In this role, you'll demonstrate what surf therapy truly means for children and young people, and give their development a voice beyond the beach. With your insights, we'll build compelling narratives and support discussions with municipalities and partners, enabling Surf&Durf to grow further.

In the role of Impact & Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

· Collecting, processing and managing evaluation data from different locations in an Excel file.

· Maintaining contact with coordinators and reminding them to take and submit measurements on time (a number of fixed moments per year).

With two hours per month during the surfing season (flexible), you can contribute to understanding the impact of Surf&Durf so that children can gain unforgettable experiences.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated volunteer who:

· Works in a structured manner and can maintain an overview

· Has good communication skills and can easily connect with volunteers and coordinators.

· Has an affinity with evaluation, quality and/or data (experience with Excel is a plus).

· Feels involved in the well-being and development of children and young people.

· Can work independently, but also enjoys being part of a team.
