Topaze, a creative workshop in Transvaal, is looking for one or two creative assistants to help out during the open walk-in mornings.
The creative drop-in is intended for local residents who are creatively active independently and takes place on weekdays (except Wednesdays) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Young people undertaking their creative internships are also present during the drop-in. The workshop is located on the first floor of the Julianakerk, with an entrance at Kempstraat 124. The workshop is run by two artists who could really use support in guiding the participants and creating a pleasant working atmosphere. Topaze is a lively, inspiring, and sometimes somewhat dynamic place where creativity, meeting people, and experimentation take center stage. As a creative assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in a cultural and social environment, collaborate with artists, connect with people from the neighborhood, and contribute to an inclusive creative community. For people interested in art, culture, education, or social work, this volunteer position offers a valuable and educational experience.
