The Viable Community is seeking a self-motivated artist or studio design volunteers to collaborate on crafting a unique and creative solar panel layout design

The Viable Community is a sustainability organization that aims to protect and preserve nature. We are seeking a self-motivated volunteer with experience in art, design or graphic design to collaborate with on our AgriVoltaic project in Spain.


As an artist, designer or graphic design volunteer, you will join a dedicated team committed to preserving and regenerating nature. We are searching for a volunteer to help us design a creative and artistic solar panel installation, that facilitates the success of our AgriVoltaic project in Spain.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with our project development team and specialists to create an inventive and artistic design for the solar panels, that promotes the success of the project.
  • Help build and shape our mission to protect and preserve nature by contributing to the realisation of our plans.


This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a project to protect and preserve nature, while developing your skills and expanding your network. If you are passionate about sustainability and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll get out of volunteer with the Viable Community

  • The chance to meet and work with a experienced international team of wonderful volunteers

  • Insight and experience in an organization that works in a different way. We have a Bottom Up Management approach, Self Managing teams and we are working to integrate Holacracy practices
  • The opportunity to help make a real change with the potential for paid positions in the future
  • Experience with our tools such as G-Suite, Canva, Slack and ClickUp


Time Commitment

  • 4 hours a week. 
  • Meetings every week on an as needed basis
  • Flexibility to complete tasks when you are available.  


Location

  • Remote role that can be based anywhere
  • Requires a computer and good internet connection.
