Legal Support – Help Shape the Future of Steward Ownership & Web3

Viable Community is on a mission! We're a non-profit organization rooted in the European Union, building community-managed projects dedicated to nature's preservation and regeneration. To do this sustainably, we’re rethinking ownership, governance, and finance — exploring structures like Steward Ownership and Web3-based solutions (tokenized assets, blockchain governance).

Your role will be to provide legal guidance and support to the organization and its leadership, ensuring that all actions taken by the organization are in compliance with relevant local laws and regulations. 

Do you have expertise in Dutch and/or Spanish law? We're seeking passionate legal professionals to contribute to our mission in various ways.

As a Legal Volunteer: Join our international, self-managed team, offering ongoing legal guidance.

As an External Legal Partner: Be an expert we consult for specific challenges — ideal for law firms or independent consultants.

We're particularly interested in expertise related to:

• Dutch Law and/or Spanish law for Non-Profit Organizations
• Working with Volunteers
• Combining Commercial and Non-Profit Activities
• "Steward Ownership" Structures (Holding, BV, Foundation)
• Web3, Blockchain & Tokenized Assets
