Legal Support Opportunity

Viable Community is on a mission! We're a non-profit organization rooted in the European Union, building community-managed projects dedicated to nature's preservation and regeneration.

Your role will be to provide legal guidance and support to the organization and its leadership, ensuring that all actions taken by the organization are in compliance with relevant local laws and regulations. 

Do you have expertise in Dutch law? We're seeking passionate legal professionals to contribute to our mission in various ways.

Here's how you can get involved:

• Volunteer Your Time:
• Become a valued member of our team, offering legal guidance and support on an ongoing basis (ideal for those who want to be actively involved).
• External Legal Support:
• Partner with Viable Community as an external legal resource we can reach out to for specific needs (ideal for established firms or individual consultants).

We're particularly interested in expertise related to:

• Dutch Law for Non-Profit Organizations
• Working with Volunteers
• Combining Commercial and Non-Profit Activities
• "Steward Ownership" Structures (Holding, BV, Foundation)
