Welcoming visitors to the Grote Kerk with a team of volunteers, leading activities, serving coffee/tea, and doing arts and crafts!
Last year, the Grote Kerk had 3,500 visitors during Open Monument Weekend! This year, the volunteer team of this monumental building is once again organizing an extensive program: presentations, guided tours, organ music, a coffee and tea table, a craft table for children, and a scavenger hunt past all the monuments. We are looking for staff between 12:00 and 17:00 to welcome visitors and assist with all activities on that day. Naturally, you will walk alongside an experienced volunteer, and the intention is that you enjoy the program yourself as well! It would be especially nice if you enjoy crafting with children: three queens will be walking around the church on Saturday, and we are going to make crowns! We will, of course, also provide lunch.
