The Hague is getting ready to celebrate its unsung heroes. The annual The Hague Volunteer Awards are back, and the city is calling on residents to nominate exceptional volunteers who make a difference in our community. The awards ceremony will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
The municipality of The Hague organises these awards to honour the incredible dedication of the city's 185,000+ volunteers. This is a chance to show appreciation for those who contribute so much to our neighbourhoods, from local care and welfare to arts, culture, and youth development.
Who Can You Nominate?
You can nominate any resident of The Hague who volunteers for the benefit of others or the city. A jury of volunteering experts and past award winners will review all applications to select this year's honorees.
