Come work at the nicest and smallest art shop in Voorburg! You will be lending out art and selling beautiful handmade items.
To strengthen our volunteer team, we have a vacancy for an independent, creative, and proactive:
VOLUNTEER ART LENDING STAFF (M/F)
Tuesday afternoon 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Would you like to contribute to a wonderful artistic non-profit organization? Would you enjoy gaining work experience in the cultural sector? At Kunstuitleen Voorburg, the possibilities are endless!
First and foremost, you are the face of the Art Rental shop. The primary task of the Art Rental employee is lending out and receiving artworks and selling items from the shop. Furthermore, you keep the shop clean and tidy.
It is often quiet in the shop, and when there are no customers, you can do whatever you like: read a book, do your work on a laptop, scour the internet for us for beautiful new art and sustainable design…
If you enjoy it, you can help set up exhibitions, attend openings, and participate in selection rounds. Additionally, you can organize an exhibition, interview an artist, create a video or take photos for the website or Instagram, assist with educational programs, or write a press release. Nothing is mandatory, but there are many possibilities!
