Skills & Qualities Needed:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Basic tech/computer literacy (for digital check-in systems)




Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet Attendees:
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome.
  • Create a positive first impression of the event.
  1. Verify Registration:
  • Check guests against a registration list or digital system.
  • Handle walk-ins or last-minute registrations if applicable.
  • Provide name badges or tickets.
  1. Troubleshooting:
  • Handle issues such as missing registrations, incorrect badges, or lost items.
  • Coordinate with event coordinators or tech staff when necessary.
  1. Maintain Flow:
  • Keep the check-in line moving efficiently.
  • Manage crowd control during peak times.
