As a receptionist at our festival, you are the face of our Garba night Skills
Skills & Qualities Needed:
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic tech/computer literacy (for digital check-in systems)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Attendees:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome.
- Create a positive first impression of the event.
- Verify Registration:
- Check guests against a registration list or digital system.
- Handle walk-ins or last-minute registrations if applicable.
- Provide name badges or tickets.
- Troubleshooting:
- Handle issues such as missing registrations, incorrect badges, or lost items.
- Coordinate with event coordinators or tech staff when necessary.
- Maintain Flow:
- Keep the check-in line moving efficiently.
- Manage crowd control during peak times.
