HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Volunteer Recruitment: Collaborate with team leaders to identify volunteer needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process.
2. Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new volunteers, ensuring they are familiar with the organization's mission, values, and objectives.
3. Performance Management: Implement strategies for volunteer performance assessment, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
4. Communication: Serve as a liaison between volunteers and the organization, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication channels.
5. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing volunteer-related events and activities to strengthen team bonds and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Background in Human Resources, Volunteer Management, or related field (fresh graduated are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for supporting individuals, especially those of Latin American descent, in their entrepreneurial journey.
• Knowing Dutch is nessesary.
