Board Member Healthcare Content & Quality

At KDC AandachtsLab, everything revolves around attention: for the children, for their development, and for the quality of care. Specialist knowledge, time, and genuine care are combined to help every child flourish. As a board member with a focus on care content and quality, you'll be a sparring partner and quality assurance officer.

This is a meaningful volunteer position at the board level where you'll truly make a difference. You'll work alongside passionate board members, parents, and healthcare professionals. The Board of Directors meets 11 times a year in the evenings, and you can flexibly manage your hours. Expenses are, of course, reimbursed. You'll also have the opportunity to further your professional development: you'll gain administrative experience and directly contribute to social impact.

What will you be doing? As a member of the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the substantive direction and quality of care. Specifically, this means you will:

• The quality team supervises and participates in the monthly meeting with the team manager, educational psychologist and coordinating supervisor (Tuesday morning).
• Monitors the quality image and prepares the annual progress report and the quality report alternately, based on the quality framework for Disability Care.
• Prepares for external visits and audits and implements improvements to test and improve the quality of care.
• Monitors and adjusts to meet the requirements of the Quality, Complaints, Disputes and Care Act and the Care and Coercion Act.
• Thinks about training and study days for the care team.
• Parents are informed about developments in health care during parent evenings.
• Coordinating different care disciplines so that every child has maximum development opportunities.
• The board actively advises to strengthen our vision and quality of care.
