Summary

For Surf&Durf we are looking for a structured and enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator for the Surf&Durf club.

Detailed description

Do you want to contribute to a unique organization that promotes the well-being of children and young people?

About Surf&Durf

At Surf&Durf we believe in the power of the waves and the positive influence of movement. Through surf therapy, Surf&Durf offers children and young people the opportunity to develop their strengths and reduce psychological complaints. At the Surf&Durf club, children can continue surfing in a relaxed way with peers with individual guidance.

What are you going to do?

As an administrative coordinator, you ensure that the Surf&Durf club lessons run smoothly behind the scenes.

You are responsible for:

· Managing the registrations of participants and volunteers in the Surf&Durf application.

· Carefully matching participants to volunteers ('buddies') and informing participants and volunteers within the application.

· Transferring the planning and necessary information to the beach coordinator and trainer.

· Keeping the administrative and planning up to date.

With one hour per week during the surfing season (April to October) you can contribute to unforgettable experiences for our children.

In addition, we ask you to be present at our club days at the beach at least twice a year on a Sunday morning.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated volunteer who:

· Experience with administrative work and organizational tasks

· Calm and solution-oriented when situations need to be adjusted.

· Can handle digital systems well and maintain an overview

· Has an affinity for working with our unique children and parents

What do we offer?

· A challenging and varied volunteer position with opportunities for growth

· An inspiring working environment in a passionate team

· Participation in annual Surf&Durf outings, team building days and access to Surf&Durf accessories.

· A volunteer allowance of €12.50 per participant per season and a travel allowance. In addition, free use of surfing equipment can be made during the club days.

At Surf&Durf you are not just a volunteer; you are part of a community that grows on the waves, with passion for the children and for each other.

Are you ready to bring a wave of change?

Send your motivation and resume to Veerle Siebinga via [email protected] . For questions you can also visit our website: www.stichtingsurfendurf.nl .
