TERRA wants to create a core team, that brings stability to the foundation. Managing the administration and supporting the hiring process of new volunteers.

Detailed description

Role and responsibilities


  • Provide general administrative support for projects
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings
  • Coordinate administrative preparation for meetings, workshops, ensuring all necessary documents and travel requests are sent to participants, prepare relevant documents and powerpoint presentations


Skills and qualifications


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to analyse information for the purpose of preparing reports, coordinating activities and solving problems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
