Are you an organizational whiz with a passion for creating a welcoming environment? We are looking for a driven volunteer to strengthen our team.
We are starting a new chapter in The Hang-Out 070 and are looking for new core team members/aspiring board members from January 2024 who want to build on it and we are particularly looking for Queer BIPOC of any age from 18 years old.
Facility management:
We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to strengthen our team. In this role you play an essential role as the guardian of our physical space(s) and ensure a pleasant and functional environment for our community.
What do we ask of you?
- Coordinating the shared responsibility for the maintenance and cleaning of the space
- Contact person for everything related to the physical space, such as water/gas/electricity
- Contact person for Breeding Places Policy (important intermediary in the Municipality of The Hague to maintain our position as a social-cultural community space)

As a volunteer at The Hang-Out 070, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to inclusivity and creating a safe space for diverse communities.
By learning and growing together through a professionalization process with leadership training, public speaking, media training, organization building, conflict resolution, fundraising, vision building and all this in an inspiring environment to facilitate development for empowerment, queer culture, and connectivity!
