Digital Advertising & Paid-Media Specialist

Welcome to Viable Community, a non-profit organisation based in the European Union dedicated to community-managed projects focused on preserving and regenerating nature. We are currently expanding our digital outreach efforts and looking for a talented volunteer to help us maximise the impact of our Google Ads Grant and strengthen our online presence.

We are seeking a volunteer Digital Advertising & Paid Media Specialist to support our team with performance tracking, data analysis, and campaign optimisation. The goal is to help us make the most of our Google Ads Grant, better understand our traffic sources, user engagement, and conversion metrics, and ultimately improve the performance of our digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimise performance of Google Ads campaigns under the Google Ads Grant.
• Analyse data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and other platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track traffic sources, engagement patterns, and conversion funnels to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Create reports and dashboards to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the team.
• Collaborate with the communications&outreach, and content creation teams to refine ad strategies and landing pages.
• Provide guidance on keyword targeting, ad copy, and audience segmentation.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience with digital advertising and data-driven marketing.
• Proficient with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Passion for environmental sustainability and nonprofit work.
