Recruiter

Welcome to Viable Community, a non-profit organisation based in the European Union dedicated to community-managed projects focused on preserving and regenerating nature. We are currently looking for a volunteer recruiter to help us grow our team by attracting, interviewing, and onboarding dedicated volunteers. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our impact by ensuring we bring in the right people who align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create job listing and manage applications in Volunteer The Hague and Salesforce
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and match candidates with suitable roles.
• Collaborate with department coordinators to understand recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with the People team to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.

What we are looking for:

• Experienced in recruitment, HR, or volunteer coordination.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Passionate about environmental sustainability and community engagement.
