We are a community of like minded individuals who are working together to help restore and preserve nature. We are seeking volunteers with a passion for environmental conservation and experience in the soil and/or agriculture field to work with us on a regenerative agriculture project in Extremadura, Spain.

The purpose of our project is to establish a solar panel park and agriculture project that regenerates soil and stimulates the local population while capturing CO2 from the atmosphere.

If you have experience in organic farming, sustainable farming, land planning and management, regenerative agriculture, sustainable agriculture, business project planning or any related fields we would love to hear from you.

We are especially looking for volunteers who are based in Extremadura, Spain, to help us with knowledge of the local ecosystems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research together with the team, on the local market and developing a strong understanding of the soil and agriculture landscape in Extremadura
  • Creating a nutrient/carbon baseline and helping to analyze it on an ongoing basis.
  • Providing advice and recommendations on vegetation based on local conditions and research
  • Working with the team to come up with a land use and management plan
  • Working with the team to continue to improve and enhance our business plan for the regenerative agriculture project
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders including not for profit organisations, universities, businesses, and government
  • Analyzing identifying potential risks and challenges

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a project to protect and preserve nature, while developing your skills and expanding your network. If you are passionate about sustainability and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
