About the speaker: As an international migrant with a background rooted in both Eastern and Western cultures, Tatjana San Luis is passionate about fostering community and supporting others through their transitions. Drawing from her experiences in the Middle East and deep expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Tatjana offers a coaching approach that blends real-life insights with proven strategies. Her goal is to create safe spaces where individuals feel empowered to explore new career and life avenues that align with what matters most to them.
