Rethinking Resolutions: Setting Intentions for a Meaningful New Year
with Vassia Sarantopoulou, Pyschologist and Speaker
As 2025 draws to a close, many of us feel the urge to set ambitious resolutions, only to find them stressful or short-lived. But what if you could start the new year in a way that feels grounded, purposeful, and kind to yourself?
In this 30-minute interactive workshop, psychologist and speaker Vassia Sarantopoulou, a mental health expert with more than 20 years of experience, will guide you in shifting from quick-fix resolutions to value-based intentions. Through reflection and discussion, you’ll identify what truly matters to you in your personal and professional life, so your goals feel not only realistic, but energizing.
You’ll leave with a fresh perspective on the new year: one that brings clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose, all without the pressure.
This workshop is part of the Mix & Match Volunteer Job Fair held on November 29 2025 alongside more workshops such as "Volunteering as a Pathway to Employment in The Netherlands" by Sarah Feid, "The Inspired Fundraiser: Improve Your Confidence, Storytelling and Connection" by Dawn Heuff and "Your Voice Matters: Be Heard, Be Active, Belong" With Randy Heuschen.
While event registration is not mandatory, we would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to secure your spot. Your registration not only helps us plan better, but also ensures we can provide you with the best possible experience. Thank you for your consideration, and we look forward to welcoming you to the Mix & Match Volunteer Job Fair!
