Student Volunteer Positions

Join Stichting Wool for Warmth!

You can join one of our existing teams or we can try to tailor a role to your course and skills.

We help the homeless in The Netherlands all school year long.

You may be interested in joining any of these teams:

Wool Team - this is for people that love, or want to learn, knitting and crochet. This group sorts wool donations, knitted/crocheted donations, and anything else required to run the wool side of the charity.

Online Sales Team for our second hand store. To keep things free for the homeless, we run a second hand store. This role is for people that love online selling. And we mean LOVE selling :-)

Organisation Team: Are you a Sorting Elf? Do you love to clean, organise, and photograph things? Then this is where you can fit in. We receive donations every day. That is EVERY DAY! Never a dull moment in this team.

Van Team: This is the group that delivers hats and scarves to the homeless shelters, delivers purchased items from the store, and picks up donations.

Bookshop Team: Are you a book worm? Love to sort books, read books, find books, talk about books? Then our online book store iis where you should be. UNLIMITED BOOKS which you can borrow and read for free! While you build our online store.

We have experience with different high schools and universities in managing student hours and signing off the forms for the successful volunteers. We appreciate you have a lot of projects and assignments throughout your school year and we offer a multi-cultural, flexible and tailored environment for you.
