Expand your world in The Hague at Ga Den Haag / De Ooievaart!

Ga Den Haag is the organization with a wealth of knowledge about The Hague. We are committed to showing the best the city has to offer. We have bikes, boats, a medieval tower, but most importantly more than 100 people with lots of experience with The Hague and its surroundings – and the enthusiasm to share this with others!

We do this by organizing tours throughout the city both for visitors and Hagenaars/Hagenezen, on several themes like history, highlights or nature. with several themes (e.g. history, highlights, peace&justice). We offer boat trips with De Ooievaart, city tours with the iconic green/yellow Haagsche Stadsfiets, walking tours with a guide and of course climbs on the monumental The Hague Tower.

We also like to show the unbeaten path and offer a surprising perspective on our city.

We are a close team with mostly volunteers. With the summer rapidly approaching we are looking for people who want to join us in doing what we love. As a city guide, behind our counter, or at our office. You don't have to have a lot of knowledge about The Hague yet - we'll make sure you'll do in a short time!

What is important is that you like The Hague and want to share this enthusiasm with visitors and like-minded people.

As a team member at Ga Den Haag you'll expand your network, make people happy, and discover more about the city every day. In our team there is lots of knowledge sharing and 'gezelligheid'. On top of this we open doors that remain closed to others.

We are looking for people to help us a few days a week/month with e.g.:

• Being a guide in The Hague (especially in your own language!)
• Welcoming guests at our counter;
• Working behind the scenes, at our offices;
• The occasional odd job at our maintenance crew.
