SummaryThen join the CCV team to provide care to the queer community with a wide range of tasks so that everyone in THO-070 feels safe and heard.
Are you someone who is committed to the upliftment of the queer community? Do you want to help build a The Hague without transphobia, homophobia and racism? Are you ready to learn what it means to represent the queer community?
Then be part of our CCV (Community Care and Volunteer) team!
As a member of our team, we ask of you:
You provide personal support to people when someone needs it, listen to the community and translate this into ways to improve THO-070, support our other volunteers and team members where necessary, help provide training and information sessions and of course are you committed to queer emancipation in The Hague and in the Netherlands!
Furthermore, you are / do you:
A champion for our queer community in The Hague, socially strong and takes initiative in networking opportunities, can work with Google Drive (or wants to learn this) and can contribute structurally to our mission for at least 4 hours a week. If you have a sense of humor, that's a plus!
We offer you:
A network of queer people and organizations in and around Haaglanden, an activist environment that organizes itself democratically and socially, further independence in your activities
personal training and guidance.
And of course a cozy, educational haven where you can be yourself without mercy!
Interesting right? Don't miss this opportunity!
