Do you like to chat and want to make an elderly neighbor happy? Buddies wanted, also for walking or playing a game!Detailed description
For a number of elderly people in the neighbourhood who are somewhat lonely, we are looking for socially minded people who like to have a chat now and then, sometimes go for a walk with the elderly person (if possible) or maybe play a game together. The contact is always 1-on-1.
You can make a world of difference to someone with this!
Stake:
It doesn't have to take much time, from about 1.5 hours every 2 weeks is an estimate. It can be temporary, for a period that suits you, or you might become very good friends.
What else do you bring?
You are social, understanding, a good listener and reliable. You enjoy meeting new people.
You will first be matched by the Neighborhood Help and can always ask your questions. It is customized with whom you can be deployed. We take your wishes into account.
