Summary
We are suddenly growing very quickly and attracting a lot of new volunteers. We are looking for an organized and caring person to manage our volunteersDetailed description
Are you able to support and motivate people? Are you a mother hen? Do you love to make people welcome and wanted? Then you are the person we are looking for.
Organising:
- Welcome and induction training
- Making sure volunteers understand their roles
- Ensuring Wool for Warmth has volunteers on the right days and times
- Managing the Volunteer The Hague recruitment
Wool for Warmth is a warm and welcoming charity. We have a philosophy that everyone must be happy - which allows flexibility with volunteer roles and activities, meaning that people can do multiple jobs or just their favourite task.
We would like to establish daily teams for both our Wool Team and Sales Team.
What we will provide to volunteers
🤝 Extra supportAbout Stichting Wool for Warmth
Wool for Warmth's core philosophy is that everyone must be happy. Our fabulous volunteers organise, sort, and distribute mountains of donated wool to be to knitted and crocheted into thousands of handmade hats, scarves, socks, blankets (and more!) to homeless shelters in The Netherlands. We support ourselves by running a second-hand store. This creates opportunities for people who love sorting, selling, managing, and negotiating. We have a place for everyone who loves the circular economy, wool, or stuff!
